About the Series
Echoes from the deep
This series reflects on the relationship between the delicacy of the female figure and the undulating forms of plants through visual composition. From a philosophical-aesthetic perspective, these women appear in the foreground over a “void” enclosed in a geometric form, representing individual existentialism and expressing different moments of the artist’s intimacy. At the same time, in these works, she explores the universe of plants and their symbolism, inviting the viewer to reflect and intertwine this symbolism with the feminine universe from a contemporary perspective that delves into the ecofeminist movement.

This series captures the essence of friendship through spontaneous and authentic moments. Each work reflects a gesture, a glance, a shared emotion that defines the unique bond between these women. From the complicity of dancing to the calm of an embrace, to the reflection of a moment in front of the camera, each piece encapsulates an intimate memory of what it means to be part of a network of support and unconditional love. Through these portraits, we explore the beauty of the invisible ties that bind us together and the value of connection in every expression.

This series talks about childhood: how we learn to manage our emotions, which are unstable at first; how we become independent of imposed social patterns; how our imagination is eclipsed by the information we absorb from television and other media. This series is a reflection on parenting in our society. How we absorb from our environment from childhood until we become adults who are part of a system.
