Hi! I'm Niki Peppers

Nicole Teper is an Argentinian visual artist and tattoo artist based in Melbourne. Her interdisciplinary practice includes painting, sculpture, and tattooing, focusing on the relationship between the body, nature, and the systems of power that shape both.

From an ecofeminist perspective, her work reflects on contemporary disconnection from the natural world and examines how patriarchal and capitalist structures influence subjectivity and territory.

Her work features non-normative bodies in relation to organic landscapes, animals, and natural elements, creating imagery that moves between the intimate and the political. Through these intersections, she explores themes of identity, memory, transformation, and resistance, offering a critical perspective on how we inhabit both our bodies and our environment.

She holds a degree in Visual Arts and currently develops her artistic practice alongside her work as a tattoo artist, specializing in botanical color pieces, maintaining an ongoing dialogue between both disciplines.
